"I'm trying to find a middle grade novel (read around 2023). A girl moves a coastal Maine-type small town. She may have auburn hair and a photography or theater hobby (very vague appearance wise). I vividly remember that she bonds with a local boy over custom Converse sneakers. She lives in an old house and starts seeing the ghost of an older woman, often near a lighthouse and sometimes walking in the street near her house. The ghost mostly communicates through dreams/visions I believe. There is a graveyard scene, she sneaks out a few times, there's some friend group drama, and a town event near the end where the lighthouse is reopened or renovated after the haunting is resolved and they "banished" the ghost lady somehow."
