Refund Policy

The promise

Email us within 14 days of your first Membership charge and we'll refund you in full. Monthly or annual, doesn't matter. No forms. No reason needed.

How to request

1. 1. Email justin@whatisthatbook.com from the address you signed up with.
2. 2. Usually refunded within one business day.
3. 3. Stripe returns the money to your original card in 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Membership is non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel from your account any time. Stripe's billing portal opens in one click, and your access stays put until the period you've already paid for runs out.

Annual renewals

If your annual plan auto-renews, the 14-day window resets with each renewal charge. Forgot to cancel? Email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

Chargebacks

Email us before disputing a charge. A chargeback costs both of us money and slows everything down. If you have a fair refund request, we'd rather just honor it.
