"I'm looking for a middle-grade novel I read around 2023 (it could have been published earlier). It's written in first person or at least entirely from the main girl's perspective. A girl moves permanently to a small coastal town, possibly in Maine or New England, and lives in an old house. She starts seeing the ghost of an older woman, usually near a lighthouse and sometimes walking down the street. The ghost mostly communicates through dreams or visions. The story is more eerie and atmospheric than scary or detective-like—more "What is this place? Something feels wrong here." I vividly remember that the girl bonds with a local boy over custom Converse sneakers, and they both have collections of unique designs (I remember one pair possibly having navy-blue mountains on them). There is a graveyard scene, the girl sneaks out at night a few times, some friendship drama, and near the end there is a town event where the lighthouse is reopened or renovated after the haunting is resolved or the ghost is banished. The story is set in a small coastal town with a lighthouse. where an old lighthouse is a major part of the town's history and is central to the plot. A girl moves there permanently and lives in an old house. She begins seeing the ghost of an older woman connected to the lighthouse. The ghost appears near the lighthouse and sometimes walking through town, and may communicate mostly through dreams or visions. The tone is eerie"
