They kiss for the first time in the cave and he says that this is the only thing he’s ever been afraid to do. Also he was the rebel who killed her mother but she forgave him and so did her mother when she died and sometimes he goes to her mothers grave (which is at the rebel base) and talks to the grave. He also has a pet fox who is killed by his mother’s boyfriend or his stepfather. There is another girl who loves him but he falls I love with the girl from the cave."
