"I read a book when I was in school, must’ve been about 13 or so but it was about a boy who got abused and basically groomed by a family friend I think it was, and he was super young when it started and then it continued til he was a bit older. I can’t remember the name of the book but I think it was like a true story thing and I remember the cover being just a boy’s face and I think he might’ve been ginger? Can’t remember the title though but think the cover was white. I find it mad that I read it in the school library, like you’d think that might be a higher age book because it was so harrowing. I usually put everything I remember that I’ve read on goodreads so it bugs me that I can’t remember the name of it "
