"big book that I believe had different short stories in it with drawn pictures. On the cover I believe a black boy on the cover running and the angle was from the show looking up at the boy. I think the font with big and more bubble like. I believe in the story of the boy his lost his shoe as he wasflying a kite. This was a book for younger kids ages 3 to maybe 7 and I am child of the late 1990s early 2000s and i don't think it was book older than maybe 1970s at the earliest but that is just a complete guess"
