Guess the Book

After an elderly boar inspires an uprising against an irresponsible owner, the inhabitants of an English estate try to govern themselves through a set of egalitarian principles. Over time, a power struggle between the cleverest leaders leads to a brutal dictatorship where the original laws are rewritten to justify tyranny.
